Invest in Brazilian agriculture, backed by the harvest.

Kivvia originates and structures operations of rural producers whose repayment is tied to a real crop, priced against public references and delivered to a contracted buyer.

Pre-launch. Nothing on this page is an offer. Offerings will only be made after the applicable licences, through authorised partners, to investors who complete verification and suitability.

01 · Why agriculture

Real production, public prices, a buyer before the offering

Each operation finances one harvest of one producer. The backing is physical, the pricing is public and the exit is contracted before investors are invited.

Backed by the crop

The producer commits a defined share of the production. The instrument is settled when the crop is delivered, or by its equivalent value.

Priced against references

Volumes and values follow public quotes (CEPEA, CEAGESP, global futures) that anyone can check. The sources are shown on every number.

Buyer contracted first

An off-taker is contracted before the offering, so the operation already knows where the product goes and at what terms.

02 · How an operation runs

From pre-analysis to settlement in product

During the waitlist, steps one and two are open to producers. The remaining steps follow the licensing of the partners and of Kivvia.

  1. 01

    Pre-analysis

The producer describes location, area, crop, expected volume and financing goal. Kivvia runs a viability triage against its allocation targets.

  2. 02

    Broker review

A partner broker reviews the pre-analysis and issues a non-objection letter to proceed with documents.

  3. 03

    Structuring

Production history, financial data and the dossier are assembled. The producer issues a CPR and a partner securitisation company issues the CRA backed by it.

  4. 04

    Offering

The offering is distributed by licensed partners to verified investors, within the limits of the applicable regime.

  5. 05

    Delivery and settlement

The crop goes to the contracted buyer; the payment flows to the segregated estate that settles the instrument and pays investors.

03 · Instruments and norms

What the operation is made of

Every instrument has a law or a CVM rule behind it. Kivvia tracks changes to these norms and shows the current citation here.

CPR · Cédula de Produto Rural

The producer's promise to deliver a defined quantity of product (or its value) at a date, registered with an entity authorised by the Central Bank of Brazil.

Lei 8.929/1994, as amended by Lei 13.986/2020

CRA · Certificado de Recebíveis do Agronegócio

A security issued by a securitisation company and backed by agribusiness receivables such as the CPR, with a segregated estate for investors.

Lei 11.076/2004 · Resolução CVM 60/2021

Crowdfunding of small companies

Public offerings of small companies through an authorised crowdfunding platform, with limits per investor and per offering.

Resolução CVM 88/2022

05 · Risks

What can go wrong

Agricultural operations carry risks that no structure removes. Each series will describe its own in the offering documents.

  • Production

Weather, pests and management can reduce the harvest below the committed volume.

  • Price

Commodity prices move. A lower price at delivery changes the value of the product that backs the operation.

  • Counterparty

The producer, the buyer or the securitisation company may fail to perform. Guarantees and the segregated estate mitigate, not eliminate, this risk.

  • Liquidity

These instruments have no organised secondary market. Plan to hold until maturity.
